The Crystal Caverns Theme Is Unlocked!

We went in, we hid, we walked silently, someone may have tripped over a rock (we are not going to talk about it)… The barbarian roared, and the rogue sighed as he was cornered… But… Everyone in the party survived, no TPK here!

Congrats Adventurers, the dice have rolled in your favor! The Crystal Caverns Theme is unlocked. This theme will be a new option for any kit. Now the Cleric of the group has enough gems for all her high-level spells ;).

We would like to give a hearty thank you to all of our backers for helping us on this adventure! None of it would have been possible without you.

We are almost there to unlocking Crystal Caverns, and we thought we'd share what the pieces will look like! There is crystal clusters and 20 crystal walls to help you build an awesome crystal cavern for your adventures.

Also, be sure to go to our Updates section and view Update #9. This has instructions on how to get addons now while keeping your current Pledge Level. Any addons purchased do count towards our Funded amount, thus reaching more unlocks! Since Update #9, we've had more unlocks and more addons available, including Desert Rocks, Cactuses, Obelisks, Temple Pillars, Doors, and Modular Canopy Trees. Which are way cool. It can be stump, a swampy dead tree, or a lush and lively tree.

Unlock Reached: All Pieces Come Primed, Ready to Paint!

The Wizard learned how to cast a gray Color-Spray all over the pieces!

Any pieces that you order will now come primed, ready to paint. The exception here is any pieces in a special clear-plastic, such as water or the spell circles.

 The primer is gray because that is ideal for taking your pieces in any color direction that you choose.

This unlock is relevant to about 80% of our backers, as approximately 20% have the painting addon. 

If you do get the paint-a-kit addon, we will paint and put a final clear-coat over your pieces to seal the job!

What Was In the Cave?!

The party travels in slowly, nervous at the sounds coming from the cave.

They step, step, step, along... Cave Tiles!

Deep in this cavern the party finds a trapped wizard. An epoch battle ensues, swords are drawn, daggers fly, spells sizzle, and the party emerges victorious.

As they peruse their spoils, the rescued wizard waves his wand and opens a hidden passage deeper below. The promise of wonders not yet seen beckon them onward and deeper into the cave.

Do they continue onward?

Thank you backers for supporting us! The Cave Tiles were explored and are unlocked immediately! When you choose your tile textures through the Pledge Manager, this will be an option for you to choose.

We have also moved up the Crystal Cavern theme! Thank you to the wizard for revealing this shortcut, we’ll be able to unlock this sooner.

We Found a Cave Entrance

As the Journey Continues...

Just outside of the Endless Sands, you encounter a legendary cave! Heroes go in, but only monsters come out. 

The fighter laughs and says, "let's do this!" 

The barbarian gives a hearty chuckle.

The rogue gives a snicker... while the cave begins to chortle...?

Do we dare enter?
