Final Shipping Reminder & Fulfillment Update

Hey everyone, 

We wanted to provide an important update as we near the final stages of fulfillment. We currently have 25 orders in the queue, which are scheduled to be processed and shipped within the next 2–3 weeks. We're working hard to get these completed as quickly as possible.

However, we also have 125 backers who have not yet completed their shipping payment. Over the past year, we’ve sent out four Easyship surveys to collect shipping fees, but many still remain unpaid. Please understand that each time we send out these surveys, it incurs an additional cost for us as creators.

With that in mind, we will be sending out one final Easyship survey within the next week. If you have not yet completed your shipping payment, we kindly ask that you do so within 15 days of receiving this final survey (we will send another update once we have confirmed with Easyship they have been sent). This will allow us to finalize fulfillment for every backer and bring this Kickstarter to a close.

Wrapping Things Up

Hey everyone! 

A lot of exciting news over the last month. We're very close to getting everyone their stuff at this point, and we're thrilled!

To start, we received our final batch of shipment from our manufacturer. This included:

  • Everything needed for the delayed unpainted Grass/Water tiles
  • All remaining tiles and pieces to fulfill on our painted orders

Basically, we got everything we need to send the rest of our backers their stuff.

Easyship Surveys

The next important item to discuss is Easyship. We sent a final round of Easyship surveys to the remaining backers who haven't paid for shipping yet. Important: If you think you received this in error (e.g., you already paid for shipping in the past), please reach out to us

As a reminder, the best way to contact us is through Discord (here's a link to join our Discord server). We've been actively checking on orders over the last week there. Please join the server and Alex or Brad will help you out if you have any questions.

Shipping Cost

It's time we addressed shipping costs for our backers. First of all, know that we hear you. We've met consistently with the Easyship team over the last couple of years to drive down costs. We've also checked each international order (where these costs are the highest) one by one, and made any change possible in order to bring the cost. Truly, we've checked each order individually and have done everything we can do to make it as affordable as possible for all of you to get your stuff.

Having said that, we know that there are some orders (really just a handful at this point) where the cost is still high. As mentioned before, please join our Discord server and reach out to us if you have concerns here. We'll take a look at the order again and see what can be done for you.

Timeline for All Backers

There are, loosely, two timelines that will run in tandem at this point:

  • Backers who have paid for shipping: For the backers who have already paid for shipping (or who pay in the coming days), our hope is to have all orders out the door in the next 2 weeks
  • Backers who haven't/don't pay for shipping: For the backers who delay paying shipping, the timeline is more fluid. Having said that, once paid we'll get your order queued up quickly and out the door as soon as possible.

The goal is for all backers to have their stuff before the end of the year! But that will depend on when shipping is paid for.
