Hello Adventurers!
We would like to send a friendly reminder to complete your Backerkit Survey, you have 1 week left to finalize it! If you have not received it, or you can't find it in your bag of holding (so much loot in there...), or if you suspect a digital devouring demon got it... you can visit the survey recovery page (https://epochtiles.backerkit.com/) to have it resent to you. Though if you still have issues, you can also message us directly on Kickstarter and we will certainly help you gain access to it!
As a reminder, due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now you will not be charged for shipping in Backerkit. When we are ready to start shipping orders you will receive an email from our shipping partner, EasyShip. They are fantastic and will give you shipping options (fast, slow, best price, etc), and for our international backers, they will help handle taxes, duties, etc.

The Treasure Room Doors Are Opening
Thank you everyone for your patience in awaiting Pledge Manager surveys to choose all your loot options! Here is some important info and hopefully we can pre-emptively answer questions you may have as we move forward:
What Happens Now: Basically, it takes several weeks for Kickstarter to collect payment from Backers, and then pass it to us. At that point, we are able to open up the Pledge Manager options without having any hiccups. This has now resolved, so we'll be sending Backerkit surveys for you to choose your options. You'll be receiving an email from us with a special link to your Backerkit survey. Please be aware that they are sent out in batches so if you don't see yours now, it will be coming very soon!
What You Need to Do: please check your inboxes for a Backerkit Survey, check Spam folders just in case it went there. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If You Had Payment Issues: If you had any payment issues with Kickstarter, do not panic. You should still receive a survey. You will be able to resolve any payment issues from within Backerkit, get your loot, and retain your Pledge Level!
Changing Survey Responses. If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
Shipping Info for International Backers (outside USA): We will collect your shipping address at this time through Backerkit, but you will not be paying for shipping now. Approximately two weeks before we ship out your loot you will receive a survey from our Shipping Partner, Easyship. They will provide various shipping options for your order. They also will help handle taxes, duties, etc, to make it easy for you and help get the best price possible.
Shipping Info for USA Backers: You also will get a survey from Easyship about two weeks before we send your loot. You will have a free shipping option that Epoch is providing, as well as options to upgrade for faster shipping. If you choose to upgrade, we will subsidize part of the cost.
The Pledge Options: We have pinned an Update with an easy-to-follow Reference Guide of what is in each of the Kit Themes and the Pledge Levels. We did this to hopefully make it easier to see what you are getting, as you decide your options.

Hi Everyone!
We want to let you know that surveys will be coming very soon for you to choose all your options for your loot.
The process from when a Kickstarter closes is a busy one. Right after, Kickstarter spends some time collecting payment from Backers, before they send it to us. That is a process we do wait to be to finished so that everything can run smoothly when you get access to Backerkit. That time has just now come, which means we're doing a final review of things to make sure all looks good, and then we'll be sending the surveys.
We are also going to send a couple more updates to help this along in the coming days. Stay tuned!

To all our backers, seriously, thank you for helping us reach the goal, and all the unlocks, and bringing this project to life.
The Quest isn't over. Be on the lookout for more updates, especially in the coming weeks as we will be sending out Backerkit surveys to everyone to get your Pledges fulfilled. What's an adventure without loot?
